Tim Kirkpatrick

Tim Kirkpatrick graduated from Tulane University business school in 1987 and received his law degree from Tulane University Law School in 1990. He began practicing law in 1990 and opened the law firm of Kirkpatrick and Associates in 1999. Since that time, his primary focus has centered on protecting families and individuals from overbearing creditors.

Mark Needham

Mark Needham graduated from Tulane University with a degree in philosophy in 1973. He received his law degree from Tulane University Law School in 1975. He began practicing law in 1975 and joined Kirkpatrick and Associates in 2001 where he practices in the fields of Bankruptcy and other civil proceedings, such as Wills, Successions, Divorce, Personal Injury and Business Law.
